Damaged Items
You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label if desired. You are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Voluntary Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake by Original Film Art. For standard returns, please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Posters must either be in the original packaging or one of equal durability. Items returned with insufficient packaging may not receive a full refund if the item is damaged due to poor packing.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
